The zone Better connection to the labour market zone has a new name: Strengthening digital human capital. The zone focuses on developing and strengthening digital skills in order to train students to become sought-after professionals and to allow professionals to develop themselves.
In the next two years, the zone will work towards this goal. Society is changing rapidly through digitalisation.. This also changes the expectations and demands of employers and society.. The zone therefore asks the field of work and education the question:: what is needed totrain students and professionals to be digitally proficient? The objective is that they are equipped for new professions and can contribute to solving various social and economic issuesinwhich digitisation plays a role..
