Education professionals, such as lecturers, practical researchers, IT and education coaches, are looking for knowledge to substantiate their working methods. It is difficult to find that knowledge. There must be a better understanding of how the knowledge infrastructure, both within an institution and at national level, can be organized in such a way that knowledge reaches educational design practice in an appropriate and timely manner. Attention is paid to making the knowledge and questions from practice visible (for lecturers, support staff and researchers).
