Online Didactics Handout

This Online Didactics handout gives you – in your role as a lecturer – a convenient foundation on which to design active and inspiring online lessons. It has been created by the Facilitating Professional Development for Lecturers zone.

We know that real acceleration does not take place in the zone, but rather within higher education institutions themselves. And this is why we, in the Professional Development zone, design our own range of professional development approaches around educational innovations, and the participants try them out within their own institutions. Others can benefit from this too.

Field Labs for Professional Development
The handouts are part of the Field Labs for Professional Development. The field labs provide a space where institutions can try out professional development approaches and follow them up with research. The field labs are designed around four themes: peer feedback, online didactics, learning analytics and formative assessment.

Read more about how the Online Didactics placemat came about in this blog (in Dutch).
