Acceleration plan | Wheel of insight tool!
Suppose you are a lecturer at the bachelor Pedagogical Sciences. You want to organise peer feedback within your course – i.e. encourage students to evaluate. What type of learning material is best suited to this activity? For that purpose, the zone Towards digital (open) educational resources developed the Wheel of insight tool. The tool gives insight to the types of learning materials connected to learning objectives and the desired didactic approach.
Do you want to know what type of learning material you can best use? Get started and see the light in the Wheel of insight!
For teachers, it is not always clear what type of learning material can best be used in a specific context. That context is partly determined by the learning outcomes to be achieved and the preferred didactic approach. This tool provides insight into which type of learning material is best suited to the preferred didactic method. The didactic methods are described by means of actions (e.g. observation). For each action-learning material link, substantiation has been described in one or more scientific articles. The articles are indicated with a green lock (Open Access) or a grey lock (behind a pay wall). The actions are ordered according to Bloom’s taxonomy.
