My ideal is for educational institutions to organise the processes of the organisation in a student-driven way. The educational process between students and lecturers must be explicitly central to the management of the institution. And because no student is the same, no student has similar needs. Lifelong development only brings more diversity in the student population. We must make processes within education institutions highly flexible, so that students and lecturers can continue to organise the educational process according to their own insight.
