Within 4 years I would like to ensure that within our institution we help staff and students to learn with the help of data. This so that a learning community is created within which staff and students can get the best out of themselves. This, on the one hand by giving employees insight into study progress and bottlenecks that impede study progress within educational programmes, so that improvement is possible. On the other hand, by responding to the needs of students, so that the educational program and study materials are in line with this.
