Education is constantly changing. Yet it often proves difficult to keep up with changes in society. Digitization is one of these changes and offers great opportunities for higher education in the Netherlands. However, the key to quality improvement is the teacher! It gives me a lot of energy to work out together with zone members, but above all together with the teachers and support staff from my institution, how teacher professionalisation can contribute to accelerating educational innovation with ICT.
