Do you want to know which digital competences of lecturers are relevant for educational innovation with IT? Then get to work with the framework of the Facilitating professional development for lecturers zone. The framework was developed so that education can be designed in such a way as to enable customisation and flexibility and to fit in with a constantly changing society.
The framework consists of four main dimensions of digital competencies of lecturers. Lecturers can use the dimensions to discuss their own development. Am I digitally literate enough? Can I implement and evaluate (innovative) education with IT? Am I open to innovation? Can I equip my students for the digital society?
