In the current situation, in which many higher education institutions have switched to online and/or hybrid education, it is of great importance that teachers feel sufficiently skilled in the use of ICT applications. Teacher professionalisation activities can provide support in this regard. At the same time, we also have to take into account the already high workload in education. That is why, as a researcher within the Teacher Professionalization Zone, I want to continue to focus on the practical usability of the (evidence-informed) products that we deliver.
